Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable technical solutions for education products
• Establish scalable technical architecture and oversee the software development lifecycle
• Directly manage and mentor data scientists and software engineers

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering or data science experience, with 2-3 years in technical leadership roles
• Strong full-stack development skills and experience with modern web technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience implementing agile methodologies in small, remote teams
