• 5-15 direct/indirect reports led in a high-scale SaaS or B2B environment
• Proven success in modernizing large Java systems and introducing new architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling
• Deep familiarity with cloud-native DevOps and automated testing practices
• Strong change-management skills to inspire diverse engineering teams
