Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead engineering initiatives for innovative products with a focus on AI and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for ML/MLOps and software engineering practices
• Oversee the development, scaling, and optimization of the ML platform while ensuring robust software foundations
• Guide the team in machine learning model development, deployment, and integration with CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technology experience in leadership roles managing ML/MLOps and software engineering teams
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Software architecture, design patterns, and modern programming languages
• Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Excellent collaborative skills for fostering relationships across teams
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
