Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for engineering, architecture, and product quality
• Lead technology assessments and integration planning while aligning technology strategy with business goals
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders, champion user-centric design, and drive accountability through performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of leadership experience, including 4+ years leading engineering organizations
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Deep experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc.)
