Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead engineering teams in delivering an enterprise-ready platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams in designing, building, and operating the platform
• Drive the adoption of an AI-first strategy throughout the platform and engineering processes
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to innovate and solve complex client challenges

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in designing and maintaining applications on Azure or AWS
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products
• Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies in enterprise-grade software
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products, preferably in the proptech/CRE industries
