Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the engineering organization by developing talent and establishing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Drive engineering excellence by ensuring high-quality software delivery and strengthening engineering fundamentals
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, identify risks, and partner with teams to drive scalable services in a healthcare environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading managers and multi-team organizations
• Experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams in a SaaS environment
• Proven record of delivering mission-critical systems with high reliability and performance needs
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, modern frameworks, API design, and DevOps practices
