Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the development team and enhance engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team across all functions
• Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and implement engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams from 5-10 to 20-50+ engineers
• Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing engineering processes and standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product teams to execute roadmaps
