Key Responsibilities

• Uphold operational excellence for serverless platform systems, focusing on secure and high-quality engineering
• Develop technical and product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Lead hiring, retention, mentorship, and growth of engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operating and developing distributed system platform software products
• 8+ years of experience managing teams and delivering major product milestones
• Successful track record of scaling large SaaS offerings and optimizing costs
• Experience in operational excellence across multiple geographical regions
• Proven ability to lead during operational incidents and work with remote teams
