• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing multi-team organizations
• Ability to understand customer workflows and collaborate with product teams
• Proven track record of driving availability and performance for mission-critical SaaS systems
• Exceptional ability to align technical architecture with long-term business strategy
