Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Trading Platform to lead and scale the Trading Platform organization responsible for building and operating core trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform features that drive trading activity, ensuring high availability and operational reliability
• Manage and grow cross-functional engineering teams, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure engineering execution aligns with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience building complex, high-reliability systems
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing multiple engineering teams
• 3+ years in senior engineering leadership roles influencing organizational strategy
• Extensive experience with high-volume systems and driving operational resilience
• Deep knowledge of backend technologies such as C#/.NET, SQL, and cloud infrastructure
