Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and develop their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables and manage project timelines
• Establish code quality standards and implement engineering best practices to ensure high-quality product releases

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and managing managers
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing engineering processes and collaborating with Product teams
