• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and managing managers
• Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments
• Track record of successful collaboration with Product teams
