Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of deep Salesforce development experience, particularly with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience with AI implementation and integration into business workflows
• Proficiency in Omniscript, APEX, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments with tight timelines
• Strong leadership style as a "Player-Coach" who actively contributes to coding
