Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical domain
• 4+ years of experience leading Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale production systems
• Expertise in organizational design and team scaling within an engineering context
• Mastery of the full software development life cycle and operational excellence frameworks
