Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering (FTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional engineering pods to deliver core product capabilities and platform features
• Ensure predictable execution of engineering roadmaps within planned budgets and timelines
• Coach Tech Leads and engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering complex SaaS products
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and distributed systems
• Experience planning and delivering engineering roadmaps within defined budgets
• Proven ability to scale engineering processes and teams
