Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow a dynamic engineering organization focused on scaling GRC programs for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams to consistently deliver high-quality results

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience in enterprise SaaS products
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 30+ members
• Strong technical expertise in setting and delivering technical strategy
• Business acumen with an understanding of how platform capabilities drive customer value
• Experience in shipping products at scale with an understanding of product requirements
