Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead platform engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and execution across data infrastructure and core systems
• Strengthen the platform engineering operating model to support scalable growth
• Champion the adoption of AI across engineering workflows and product systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software and/or data engineering, with experience in platform environments
• 4+ years of experience leading engineering managers and technical contributors
• Proven ability to improve execution discipline and cross-functional alignment
• Experience defining platform strategy and managing technical debt
• B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
