Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance engineering organization across multiple teams
• Define technical strategy and establish engineering best practices for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and communicate progress to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Windows internals and a track record of shipping commercial Windows software products
• Strong understanding of software security concepts and secure coding practices
• Experience in device security, anti-malware, or threat detection products is preferred
• Knowledge of Windows security architecture and experience with 3rd party lab certifications is a plus
