Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of experience in software engineering or a related technical domain
• 4 or more years of experience leading Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale production systems
• Expertise in organizational design and performance management within engineering
• Strong architectural competence with a focus on scalability and resiliency patterns
