Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead its US-based engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the US-based engineering team
• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders
• Define and execute the technological strategy for US projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, including leadership roles
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders on technical strategy and operational plans
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple locations and time zones
• Experience in the affiliate industry or e-commerce products is preferred
