Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant time in technical leadership or management roles
• Experience managing engineering teams and all aspects of people management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams delivering complex software systems
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a passion for developer tooling
• Strong understanding of system reliability and operational excellence at scale
