Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and scale their engineering organization focused on hospital pharmacy intelligence products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product engineering teams in building enterprise SaaS solutions for hospital customers
• Develop and sustain a high-performing engineering culture, fostering growth and accountability
• Drive cross-team collaboration and mature engineering practices, including cloud infrastructure management

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS products, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing distributed, remote-first engineering teams of 20+ through engineering managers
• Track record of scaling engineering organizations and leading post-acquisition integrations
• Strong understanding of engineering metrics and cloud cost management, particularly in AWS environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
