Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Platform & Scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Managers and Agile Delivery Leads to ensure delivery, quality, and system reliability
• Guide architecture and design of high-concurrency, event-driven systems
• Collaborate with Product leaders to shape roadmaps and balance performance with scalability

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams in a product-led environment
• Strong background in backend or platform engineering with experience in distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Practical experience with Agile principles and modern engineering practices
