Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization, including the Camp Experience Platform, Data, AI Platform, DevOps, IT, and Security teams
• Develop a Camp Experience Platform for internal and external use, along with an AI platform
• Transform platform and DevOps practices to support a fully scaled agentic development workflow

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in growth environments
• Experience with platform features serving internal developers and external customers
• Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, process, and culture changes
• Experience in DevOps and security management
• Strong Agile and project management skills
