Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Healthcare Solutions (Payment Integrity).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale a high-performing engineering team with a focus on continuous improvement
• Oversee the engineering design, development, and maintainability of programs and projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of technical strategies and customer value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams
• Experience with software development, including programming languages and ETL technologies
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of Agile delivery models and engineering practices such as Test Automation and Continuous Delivery
