Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Internal Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical direction and development of foundational initiatives across engineering teams
• Define and execute technical strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in senior management roles
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and successful technical initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and container orchestration systems
• Expertise in distributed systems design and microservices architecture
• Strong foundation in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java
