Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build and evolve core services, platforms, and infrastructure
• Define and drive the strategy and long-term roadmap for platform engineering and AI transformation
• Establish data-driven approaches to measure developer velocity and quality while ensuring uptime of core infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Experience building internal infrastructure platforms for engineering teams
• Proven leadership in cloud, database, and event infrastructure management
• Track record of scaling platform engineering and infrastructure organizations
• Experience in driving developer velocity through platform investment
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent and leaders
