Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering for Mission Software.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Mission Software Initiative, managing project execution and tracking KPIs and risks
Review IR&D proposals for mission software and shape investments around open architectures and future capabilities
Provide technical leadership for customer engagements and mentor engineers across business units

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
12+ years of experience in developing or integrating mission systems software
Expertise in Open Mission Systems (OMS), cloud-native applications, and DevSecOps toolchains
Proven leadership in designing secure and interoperable software architectures
Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required
