Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire engineering teams to deliver high-quality software experiences
• Own the engineering strategy and execution roadmap for the Inspection business
• Drive high standards for architecture, code quality, reliability, and performance

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership
• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing managers
• Proven success in owning engineering strategy for major product areas
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and agentic AI systems in production
