Key Responsibilities

• Own the engineering operating model, ensuring agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Lead and scale a global engineering organization, fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles
• Experience with AI/ML tools and leading technology transformations
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and modern software delivery practices
• Strong command of engineering metrics and data-driven decision-making
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
