Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead engineering excellence in CRM products within a full-time, remote role, responsible for overseeing the technical lifecycle, fostering team development, and driving delivery outcomes while championing AI Engineering methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy, aligning architecture decisions with business goals
• Hire and develop high-performing engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Drive delivery outcomes, partnering with Product Management to translate roadmaps into technical plans

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven track record managing multi-team organizations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Deep experience building and scaling SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, API design, and DevOps/SRE practices
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical vision with practical delivery execution
