Job Summary

Leading a global engineering organization, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will manage a diverse team, drive technical strategy, and modernize development processes while ensuring platform scalability, reliability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee system architecture and manage technical debt while ensuring compliance and security standards
• Establish engineering metrics and integrate AI tools to optimize development processes and improve delivery efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role
• Proven experience managing remote engineering teams in a fast-growing SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering workflows
