Job Summary

Leading a global engineering organization, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will manage a diverse team, oversee technical strategy and architecture, and drive modernization initiatives, including AI integration, to enhance delivery efficiency and platform scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee system scalability and architectural integrity while managing technical debt and compliance standards
• Establish core engineering metrics and lead the integration of AI tools to optimize development processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years in a management role
• Proven experience managing remote, culturally diverse engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Experience with AI tools and their application in engineering workflows
