Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Engineering, the full-time remote role will manage and scale a diverse engineering team, drive technical strategy, and modernize development processes, including the integration of AI tools to enhance delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a fully remote engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee system scalability and architectural integrity of ad tech infrastructure while managing technical debt and compliance standards
• Establish core engineering metrics to optimize processes and lead the strategic adoption of AI-augmented development tools

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing engineering managers
• Proven track record of managing and scaling remote engineering teams in a SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering workflows
