Director of Engineering

Job Summary

To elevate Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) teams, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will manage the development of scalable security products, drive technical roadmaps, and lead a growing team focused on innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver performant, scalable products iteratively while balancing customer value and long-term evolution
• Drive the technical roadmap and best practices for Identity solutions to accommodate rapid growth
• Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent while coaching managers to build high-performing teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership within a modern SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code
• Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams for iterative customer value delivery
• Proven success in collaborating with architecture and product management leaders on shared visions
