Job Summary

Leading the development of scalable digital platforms, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering will architect Empower's regulated digital ecosystem, focusing on cloud-native solutions, AI strategy, and product leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year digital strategy aligned with enterprise growth and regulatory demands
• Own digital product strategy and lead high-performance mobile experiences for patients and prescribers
• Establish and manage a high-performance digital organization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and AI systems in regulated environments
• Proven experience in operationalizing AI responsibly, including model governance and lifecycle management
• Strong product leadership skills with a focus on translating complex workflows into digital solutions
• Executive-level communication skills and systems thinking for cross-functional alignment
• Experience in building and leading high-performance teams in a technology-driven setting
