Leading a team of technical professionals, the full-time Director of Engineering will provide strategic leadership, drive organizational growth, and oversee project execution while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple technical disciplines to align with organizational goals
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while collaborating with Program and Project Managers
• Lead workforce development efforts, including recruiting, training, and mentoring to enhance organizational capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects across multiple technical disciplines
• Advanced leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in workforce planning and resource management
