Director of Engineering

Job Summary

To elevate platform engineering teams, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will manage the development of a scalable product platform, drive technical roadmaps, and innovate AI tooling while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver performant, scalable products iteratively, balancing customer value delivery with long-term product evolution
• Drive the technical roadmap and best practices for the product platform to support rapid growth and user demand
• Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent while coaching managers to build effective teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Claude Code
• Deep understanding of scalable delivery, core platform systems, and site reliability engineering
• Experience in a fully remote environment
