Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the technical strategy for the Interventions roadmap, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will drive initiatives for early diagnosis, longitudinal care management, and the optimization of clinical data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Interventions technical roadmap and drive strategies for clinical data accuracy and care gap closure
• Lead the diagnostic precision strategy by optimizing assessment surfacing and enhancing clinical data extraction
• Oversee the scaling of Interventions systems and manage partnerships with Clinical Operations and Product teams to improve performance

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare data and ML-driven products
• Deep familiarity with clinical data structures and best practices for building high-integrity clinical data pipelines
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex software in regulated environments
• Experience managing ML model lifecycles and deploying LLM-driven features
• Experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development workflows to enhance engineering productivity
