Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the technical strategy for the Interventions pillar, the remote Director of Engineering will manage the execution of the technical roadmap focused on early diagnosis, longitudinal care management, and improving clinical data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Interventions technical roadmap and drive strategy for clinical data accuracy and care gap closure
• Lead the optimization of diagnostic precision through assessment surfacing and high-quality clinical data extraction
• Oversee the scaling of Interventions systems and ensure stability of ML pipelines while managing cross-functional partnerships

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles in healthcare data or ML-driven products
• Deep familiarity with clinical data structures and best practices for building clinical data pipelines
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex software in regulated environments
• Experience managing ML model lifecycles and deploying LLM-driven features for product accuracy
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows to enhance engineering productivity
