Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a fully remote, full-time engineering team, focusing on scaling the organization, enhancing technical strategy, and driving modernization through AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee system scalability and performance while managing technical debt and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards
• Establish core engineering metrics to optimize processes and implement AI tools to enhance development efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role overseeing engineering managers
• Proven track record of managing and scaling remote engineering teams in a SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools to improve engineering workflows
