Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a talented team remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering will manage engineering culture, technical execution, and organizational design while driving modernization initiatives, including AI integration, to enhance development efficiency and platform scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse remote engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee architectural integrity and performance of ad tech infrastructure while managing technical debt and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards
• Establish core engineering metrics to optimize processes and lead the strategic adoption of AI tools to improve development workflows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Proven track record of managing and scaling remote engineering teams
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in engineering workflows
