Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a fully remote, full-time engineering team, focusing on scaling operations, enhancing technical strategy, and integrating AI into development processes while ensuring platform reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee architectural integrity and performance of ad tech infrastructure, managing technical debt and compliance standards
• Establish core engineering metrics to optimize processes and drive the strategic adoption of AI tools in development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Proven track record of managing and scaling remote engineering teams
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering workflows
