Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale a fully remote engineering team, focusing on engineering culture, technical execution, and modernization efforts, including AI integration, while ensuring platform scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse remote engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
• Oversee architectural integrity and performance of ad tech infrastructure while managing technical debt and compliance standards
• Establish core engineering metrics and drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize development processes and improve delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a SaaS or Ad Tech environment
• Proven track record of managing and scaling culturally diverse remote engineering teams
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering workflows
