Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, and drive the adoption of modern AI tools to enhance engineering productivity while partnering closely with company leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of engineers through technical and operational challenges
• Shape architectural decisions and maintain hands-on involvement in code reviews
• Establish engineering processes and workflows to enhance team operations and output

Required qualifications

• Experience managing and scaling cross-functional engineering teams in a multi-product environment
• Prior experience building B2B vertical SaaS products, with bonus points for B2C experience
• Technical expertise in backend/fullstack development
• Strong track record in hiring, growing, and retaining engineering talent
• Enthusiasm for engineering leadership and team growth investment
