Job Summary
Leading the engineering organization for customer deployments and integrations, the full-time Director of Engineering will manage the deployment of TwelveLabs technology into various environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalable solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the engineering lifecycle for customer and partner deployments, ensuring predictable and repeatable processes
- Develop scalable integration patterns to embed TwelveLabs technology into existing customer ecosystems
- Build and lead a high-performing Deployment & Integrations Engineering organization focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems with leadership experience
- Proven track record of deploying complex software or AI/ML systems in enterprise environments
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and automated deployment systems
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executives
