Director of Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the engineering strategy and operational excellence for the enterprise Data & AI Platform, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering will develop high-performing teams and deliver a governed, reusable platform while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Set and execute the engineering strategy for the Data & AI Platform in partnership with product leadership and architecture
- Ensure platform services are reliable, secure, and operated to published service objectives while driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience within IT and at least 3 years managing IT employees
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale data, technology, or analytics organizations
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience operating in a regulated environment with governance, security, and risk management expectations
