Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, AI and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing AI and ML engineering team to deliver measurable business value
• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM solutions, including data preparation, deployment, and monitoring
• Architect and operationalize AI pipelines and automation frameworks to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning, with leadership experience
• Proven success in deploying LLMs and generative AI applications in production
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure for AI, particularly Azure OpenAI and related services
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Python, PyTorch, and CI/CD practices
