Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering (Custom Solutions and Services) in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and oversee the implementation and delivery of partner integrations and programs
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, setting clear goals and objectives
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time completion within budget and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud-based software design and implementation
• Prior experience at a consulting firm delivering engineering services in a client-facing role
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably leading teams of 8-10 people
• Experience overseeing external staff augmentation teams
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
