Key Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and deliver multiple interdependent releases across all initiatives
• Manage and maintain documentation on development projects, risks, escalations, and issues
• Hire, develop, coach, and retain top-tier talent to support high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in project/program management roles
• Experience with Agile scrum development and testing practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and strong capability with MS Excel
• Certifications in program management (PMI), Scrum, or SAFe strongly preferred
